 Wine:  An elegant Mediterranean blend from the island of Mallorca, Spain.  A very versatile medium body red wine which pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes & cuisines.  It also is a very easy wine to drink on its own and works well even in the tropical tropical climate here given it's not an overly heavy wine.  

 About Winery:  Bodegas Can Vidalet is a boutique, artisanal winery based in Mallorca, which is one of Spain's Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean.  And where the winery currently resides, there is proof wine was made on the same plot of land dating back to at least 123BC.  

Can Vidalet are committed to sustainability. In order to offer a high quality product without any artificial additives while preserving the land for future generations, they rely on fertilisation techniques techniques which are based on 100% natural origin.  And in the wine making process itself, there are no artificial additives to ensure their wines are natural & pure.  

Can Vidalet has been practicing organic farming for several years and they are due to receive the their official organic certification sometime in the next year.
