 Wine:  A fresh, dry and elegant white wine which is made from red grapes.  As a  result, the colour is a touch darker - almost a peachy, salmon tone.  A very unique wine which on the nose has a hint of fresh fruit, grapefruit and redcurrant, with a lucid touch of red flowers, such as rose petals.  In the mouth, medium to high acidity, fresh, light and long lasting.

 About Winery:  Bodegas Can Vidalet is a boutique, artisanal winery based in Mallorca, which is one of Spain's Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean.  And where the winery currently resides, there is proof wine was made on the same plot of land dating back to at least 123BC.  

Can Vidalet are committed to sustainability. In order to offer a high quality product without any artificial additives while preserving the land for future generations, they rely on fertilisation techniques techniques which are based on 100% natural origin.  And in the wine making process itself, there are no artificial additives to ensure their wines are natural & pure.  

Can Vidalet has been practicing organic farming for several years and they are due to receive the their official organic certification sometime in the next year.
