Q: Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

A: Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver outside of Singapore.  But if you have a special request, please contact us hola@taninos.com.sg.  

Q: Do you deliver to buildings with no lift access (walk ups)?

A: Please contact us at hola@taninos.com.sg before placing your order if your building does not have a lift.  We may require you to meet the driver at the building entrance or alternatively additional charges may be applied.  

Q: Can you deliver after 5pm?

A: Yes, we potentially are able to deliver after 5pm if needed.  Please reach out to hola@taninos.com.sg and we can see if we are able to accommodate your request.  

Q: What is your delivery charge?

A: We currently offer free local delivery for all orders totalling over S$200.00.  Below this amount, we will need to charge a S$20.00 delivery fee.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the quality of a product?

A:   At TANINOS, your satisfaction is a top priority for us.  We sell only quality products and ensure all items are handled with care and are always stored and transported at ideal temperature conditions.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received, please let us know within 30 days or your order and we will offer a full refund. Please just send us an e-mail to hola@taninos.com.sg so we can assist further.
